What a couple of cuties!!

In spite of (or maybe because of) the fact that they have been pretty much inseperable since their conception, Emmy and Owen don’t interact with one another a whole lot. They have such different personalities and it’s funny to see them discover one another from time to time…like “Oh, this other kid that takes up so much of my mom’s time is really pretty fun to play with”. A couple of days ago they were really hamming it up together. Then, of course, when I grabbed the camera they stopped. Emmy was shaking the rattle and Owen was bobbing his head and laughing so hard! I wasn’t fast enough to catch any of that, but I did get some other cute stuff. Emmy is really into pat-a-cake right now and she just discovered how and when to say “uh oh”. Owen was in rare form–he was HAPPY!! We haven’t seen a lot of that from this kid lately, so it was really nice to see his gap-toothed smiles and hear him laugh! I’m sharing this because the kids are so cute, and you’ll have to overlook hearing my voice….don’t you just hate how your own voice sounds?
